How the two work together
Apt4B’s nonprofit and for-profit arms are designed to support a shared cultural mission while operating
through distinct legal structures. Each entity maintains its own purpose and activities, and we aim to keep
communications and funding channels clear so guests, partners, and supporters know what they’re supporting.

Events: Some events are produced by the LLC, some may be nonprofit-aligned fundraisers,
